Unbelievably nice copy!! Actions from this period are tough to come by!Got this in this morning. Just a lovely book. White pages to boot. Many Thanks.
I remember reading this story as a reprint. I think it was reprinted in 80 page Giant 6. Very endearing story. I think the skyscraper cover is awesome myself, just had to get it. respectable grade and the white pages was a real bonus.

One of two 9.8s in the census. This appears to be the best copy. HGC has the other copy with oww pages. I was very lucky and got this for a fraction of the cost of that one.

Expected this week.

Really pleased with this one too.

Great looking 4.5! Definitely a good cover from Bailey.
Agreed on both counts.

This came this morning.
If this is the standard of a 4.5, I'll take these all day long.

Second book of this year.
I'm still looking for more copies of this issue, so if you have one to sell let me know via pm.
You don't need more than one! (Sell me your extra OK?)
Yeah I'm happy with this one for now, but I would like a better copy, or even a worse one I would consider as well.

Does Ian even post here anymore?
He only posts in threads about him or started by him.
What's his handle, Narcissus?

This is my first book, first CGC book as well.
I bought it simply because I love the cover. I also really like Luis Dominguez who drew the cover, altho' for some reason he is not credited on the label.
I like the fact that its 35 years old and in mint condition as well, and the fact that its the highest certified copy, altho only 3 have been graded thus far.
