I'm negotiating a Detective Comics 31 without a cover already classified CGC, does anyone know if I can send a reproduction cover along with it and send it to ReHolder, or do I have to break the CGC and place the pages inside the reproduction cover and send it for the evaluation process?

I was looking at some ads on ebay, when I came across a Detective Comics 31 without a cover for US$15,800.00. Can anyone tell me what the real value of this comic without a cover is, and whether it's worth opening the slab to put on a reproduction cover and submitting it to the CGC evaluation process?

Does anyone have any idea what this is, and how much it could be worth?
