    Comic Art Con is this Saturday, September 9, at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.  Admission is still only $10 and bring your children for no additional charge.  Show hours are 10:00 - 4:00 so be sure to arrive early and plan on spending the day.  Parking is free.

    Spread across two big rooms, the show will have 50+ tables jammed packed with original comic book art from the biggest names in the hobby!  Whether you are a big time collector or just getting your feet wet Comic Art Con is THE can't miss event for original art.  Also, we have two remaining dealer tables available so if you have ever considered setting up now is the time!

    Summer is flying by!   Labor Day is a few weeks away and right after that will be the next Comic Art Con which will be held on Saturday, September 9, at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.  Admission is still only $10 and bring your children for no additional charge.  Show hours are 10:00 - 4:00 so be sure to arrive early and plan on spending the day.  Parking is free.

    Comic Art Con will again be taking place on a Saturday and there will be two rooms jammed packed with 50+ tables of original comic book art!   Whether you are a big time collector or just getting your feet wet Comic Art Con is THE can't miss event for original art.  Also, we have added space!  The smaller room won't be so small anymore as we have added an additional 1000 square feet, which will allow us to offer a handful of tables to new vendors.  Tables rarely turn over so if you have ever considered setting up here is your chance.  Why not split a table with a fellow collector and experience what it's like to be on the other side of the table?!  Also, we are looking for another artist with a Marvel / DC pedigree so if you or someone you know fits that bill please let us know.

    Legal Size Scanner thread.

    Thank you. I have already been there and although I found people with similar problems there were never any answers to them! I was hoping that I wasn't the only one here who was having this sort of problem and perhaps get a recommendation for a scanner that scans books well and works with Yosemite.

    I have been using the ScanMaker i800Plus by Microtek on my PC and have always gotten nice scans. Recently I switched over to a iMac which runs 10.10 Yosemite and it is not reading my scanner even though I have to updated driver from MicroTek, (ScanPotter v1.12). I even tried VueScan and still nothing. MicroTek support and Apple haven't helped. Has anyone else here had similar problems? Can anyone recommend a scanner that works with a Mac running Yosemite? I have to hold onto my old PC just to scan my books! Thanks - Dan
