***Disregard, the status was correct this morning so I am guessing it was just an error in status for the one day***
My submission status this morning was changed to QA, but about an hour ago I saw it was changed back to Scheduled for Grading. Is this an error in the status reporting or was my order sent back to being on the grading schedule?
Thanks

running update….passed the 20 business days on 2/14 so hopefully there’s some movement soon 🤞When I sent these in, the Economy turnaround showed 20 days, but I noticed it’s listed as 30 days now

I was wanting to know if the turnaround estimates are based on work week days or full 7 day weeks. My last order is either 8 business days since receipt or 13 days if you count weekends. Either calculation, my status has just shown ‘received’ since 1/18 so just trying to gauge ETA’s and when to send another batch of cards in.
thanks

I was also curious about this. Seems my submission has been sitting as received for about a week so I'm just curious how fast the process moves once it goes to verification. Or maybe the website stated status isn't really where the cards are in the process. No biggie either way, this was just my first time submitting so I'm curious on what to expect and making sire I did my portion correctly

From my understanding the card packaging is cut open to avoid and damage during removal from the sleeves
