I love these Rick - but who is the cover artist? I really like his work. I think this is the same guy.

Hmm I don't recall seeing that book before. Interesting the way the eyeballs and mouths are placed. Harry Anderson cover art I think.

This is such a sweet cover! On reflection this one may just shade it - I consciously avoided "baker overload" because I knew he'd be coming!

All of these have epic stories featuring gutsy artwork. In my experience the two Romantic Adventures are far harder than the two Lovelorns, but all are tough and command high prices when available.

Artificial scarcity because we hold onto 'em!

But as you know Jack, since Gerber's day we have come to a better understanding of what is scarce and what is not! Like Suspense Comics 3 no way a Gerber 8 or 9 nice book to own but not that rare ,long time dealers know what is rare and what is not seek out their knowledge many are more than helpful! I suppose what we also see is artificial scarcity as more and more of the nicer copies get locked up in lifetime collections like yours (and mine)....

How did i miss that one not to many of those babies around.Congrats !! There's only one on the census, and its a 2.5. And what an amazing cover!
