I have a bunch of those too. Picked them up in June 1993, from Sotheby’s auction. Back then, they would sell in large groups. I think the largest I ever won was about 240 books (in one lot!). I think all of the Nevada books I won were all mainstream DC titles in FN/VF to VF/NM but were noted for the very high page quality. Sotheby’s auctions...good times.  

I have about 10 from that collection...but nothing super special. I remember I got Life with Archie 1 & 2 and a few ECs that we’re reasonably priced. Maybe The neatest thing is, I have kept every comic related thing I ever had, so I still have his  IRS collection mail order catalogue.

It has a horizontal crease in the lower third of the book. I think you can see it fairly well in the back cover scan going through the word "Cookies". It's similar to a subscription crease that goes all the way through the book only horizontally. It gets lighter as it nears the spine. Colors are really nice on this one. Non-color breaking dog-ears in upper and lower right corners that also go all the way through book. I can see Barrel O' Fun in the blacked out indicia, although I thought this was the Knockout variant since the whole indicia is blacked out.
