My 10x12 ft comic book and gaming space. I still have some published original art that I need to get framed and put up on the back wall. UV blocking film on the windows followed by blackout curtains and LED lights on the ceiling to keep my books safe. It's my happy place.

Surprisingly, my wife did not put up any resistance to losing a guest room that was rarely used. In fact, it was too easy and now I wonder what her angle is? I guess I better go check out her Amazon wishlist and prepare myself.

I'm in! This is my first X-Men #1. I had it pegged as a 3.5 - 4.0 and paid near the 3.0 12 month GPA for it, but it is on it's way back to me as a 5.0 with white pages!

I'm sure some of you are tired of seeing this book (PGM thread, recent additions thread, etc.), but I have to post it here. I'm crazy happy about this book.

Thanks man, it's been a little surreal checking some of these books off my list. Due to lack of space I decided to downsize my collecting hobbies. Sold off stuff I really wasn't in to anymore. I'm now using the funds to get some books that have been on my want list for years.
