If you need another indication this can only be a scam: The book is located in Germany. The seller is willing to ship all around the world... but NOT to Germany;-)
I am located in Germany and that's what I read when I look at the auction: "Not Available to Germany"

The 9.9 Miracleman #15 is up for sale at ComicLinks August auction. No... it's not mine. I just found it there and thought it could be interesting for someone.
I am curious how this will end. But surely out of my price range or at least out of the range I am willing to spend.

My opinion. They may be real. First CGC highgrades that come to the market and a buyer who just doesn‘t care how much he has to spend do that to a book. But that‘s way too much money for those books.
