How is your risk any different than anyone else when they submit?

I submitted the copies to support Mission 22 in charity auctions.  After everything came to light about the issues with the book and the way Black Flag handled the release, the book became toxic, and community members began attacking others.  Right after C2E2 I called requesting an appeal to cancel the submission because I no longer felt like auctioning off the books for Mission 22 would be a healthy decision.

How is my risk any different?  Its not.  But that doesn't change my request to cancel, no matter what iteration of label decision they are on.  This is the third now?  Since the book dropped that Friday.

We appreciate everyone being patient with our follow-up regarding the Clayton Crain acetate covers. After discussions this past week, CGC will assign a Qualified Signature Series label to comics that contain an acetate cover by Mr. Crain, as well as his signature that has been witnessed by a CGC representative. This also applies to the Ultimate Fallout: Facsimile Edition #4 that sold in C2E2. The grade assigned will take into consideration the grade of the acetate cover as well as the interior book.  For members who have already submitted copies of the Ultimate Fallout issue to CGC, we will extend an opportunity to have Mr. Crain’s signature applied to their copies so they receive the Qualified Signature Series label. If a copy does not exhibit Mr. Crain’s witnessed signature, the book will receive a qualified grade.

Going forward, CGC will only certify artist-created covers that are first approved by CGC, and those covers must be signed by the artist through the Signature Series program to receive the Qualified Signature Series label. The cover must be created by a published artist.

How about an opportunity to cancel?

I called requesting an appeal to cancel after submitting from the C2E2 booth after finding out everything that had taken place.  Have not been advised since.  And have not been spoken to about Crain's witnessed signature being added to the books.

OMG you can get these things graded and sealed? Where can you find them like this?

O and to stay on topic. I had all the GI Joes, hot wheels, transformers, and He Man toys the world could offer.

But the one and only toy to steal my heart and take me for a ride every time I played with it was the original full size diecast Voltron! Man I'd love to get my hands on a MIB one of those.

I have TPBs for sale in my sales thread:

    Make an offer.

Nice, that's what I should have done instead of buying 3-4 here and there.

Anyhow, this is a really good deal for people looking to get caught up on the comic series...although I strongly recommend picking up 15 to have on hand when you finish 14.

I would have picked up #15 but I had all the comics in the raw. No ones made an offer or even haggled with me on prices so the TPBs will prob end up on Ebay in a package deal with the slab and statuette soon.
