Have any of you seen an ashcan of Pacific Presents #2.

I had an opportunity to pick one up yesterday but didn't and I'm having second thoughts because I can't find one anywhere on the net.

I thought it might be common but I may have been mistaken.

 

 

Ashcans weren't really being produced in 1983, so that would be an oddity. Maybe it was something produced for a DVD release? I have an Ashcan sized "Land of the Giants" #1 that has the Gold Key logo and everything. It was produced for a DVD.

I passed on it but I will pick it up during the Christmas break.

I still can't find any info on it anywhere.

 

Do you have a scan or something? I wasn't even aware an ashcan existed.

Smudges are from my scanner, but there are two small spine ticks and the tiny chips at the top. Still, quite pleased with it.

Funny story. I recall looking at that exact copy and was going to purchase it! But decided against because I didn't think it would garner the grade I wanted. For the price you got it for, you scored big time.

Behold fellow collectors, this was my big GET at this year's SDCC! KEVIN BACON on a Famous Monsters 163 and this is an original Friday the 13th cast signed book!!! No doubt this is one of the ALL-TIME great SS cast signed books.

there have been letters like this posted on fanmail.biz for years.

 

almost anyone that writes him will get a response. its not ditko. he has someone that answers his mail. its an authentic signature it just wasnt signed by ditko.

 

 

there are a bunch addresses on that site that will get you a response. many are legit. many are not. i got a really nice eastwood 8 x 10 signed by clint eastwoods secretary.
