Here’s a collection in Virginia I checked it out in person. AF 15 and ASM 1,2 are G/VG to VG- Would love to pick it up but may need to pony up 80k or more. Crazy times.

Annual 3 on up are pretty cheap in mid grade and a lot to the Romita soap opera. Also you practically have to get the magazine 1&2. The giants are bland but cheap. Even 4 isn’t bad for early Punisher.

An example of the warehouse. Geppi sent heritage basically his entire collection built up over the years. Part of that included the over 500,000 Harvey file copies. It’s why groups of those sold in years past. I bet that’s only been dented. Assume you have a $10 million collection of 1000 long boxes of 40s - 70s. Better to have Heritage hold it with a sales plan than to have your heirs deal with it just after you die. Thus warehouses of comics including GA. Like DeBeers, they can’t flood the market.

Like the Green in the upper box, the fade to darker purple in the bottom right seems weird to me. Is it that this is a key issue, but other books don’t seem to do this.
