Next is a Punisher Spider-Man poster size drawing. Punisher looks weak but Spider-Man is pretty decent. Or is this just some dudes hanging out at a shop drawing comics. couldn’t find any thing on Lorenz or Loreny

Here's a couple pieces I can't tell who the artist is and if it's pro work or side work. Came from an Original Owner comic collection where he worked at a local comic store in Philly in the late 80s early 90s. First one: This looks like a prelim for a Captain America cover. Ron Lim is the artist for 368. I'm just not confident in my eye for identification of the OA.
