  1. Stamping the number or a sticker on the inner well makes perfect sense. Fresh grading for every re-holder is much trickier. CGC wouldn't want it because no one would ever re-holder and collectors wouldn't want it because who wants to pay $60 for a potential downgrade on just a re-holder? Not sure what the best solution is.
  2. Yep, If CGC handles this like the last major fraud scandal, they put out a list of every potentially affected book. Then, owners can send those books for review and if not legit, they refund in full. However, the books this time are more more valuable, so it could get ugly.

  4. I massively overpaid for this one. In my defense, it was the first copy I had seen in 20 years and it was the only gap I had within 50+ issues either way. Looks like about 10 copies have been added to the census since I overpaid - of course. lol.
