    Nope, I don't know where it came from other than Heritage. However, I do remember buying a low grade copy locally in California, but that may have originated from anywhere.

    No problem. I paid $450 from Heritage in 2003 or so. Yep a huge premium. I've never seen another 9.4+ sell. so I'm sure it would go for quite a bit today.

    A book with a stain has the highest grade of 7.5. If it otherwise higher than that, it will be a 7.5. Good luck.

    Yep exactly. One minor correction - Mighty Marvel Western #16 was a square bound picture frame. I do have an Excel sheet somewhere that has these books laid out by date if you'd like. Just PM me.
