So I have a CCS/CGC 12 book economy tier order that was received in May 2021. There was a price change reduction that occurred a couple of weeks before that from $40 to $30 per book (you merged the value and economy tiers). Two questions: 1. Why am I being charged the higher rate just because I filled out the form before the price change? 2. If your policy is that I am stuck paying the higher rate because the service was different when I filled out the form, then what am I getting for my extra $10 per book? Seems like since its December and my books still haven't been pressed, I'm getting absolutely nothing for my extra $$.

Does anyone have a record of what the posted estimated turn-around times for CGC and CCS value and economy tiers around April 1, 2021?
