    attempting a Paypal cc charge back claiming unauthorized charge after he received the CGC graded comic and did not agree with the grade. Opened an ebay case against me, threatened a neg, gave me a neg(removed by ebay), ebay ruled in my favor now he's trying with paypal.

    Another member who filed a 'item not as described' on the seller (and won :o ) because he didn't agree with CGCs grading and believes it's the sellers responsibility to ensure the book is graded accurately.

    Book shipped ?

     

    Doesn't look good for me so far....

     

    Email them. Every time I email about that, it magically gives it a nudge in the process.

    Lucky. I sent in 2 mft at c2e2 and today one of them switched to scheduled for grading and the other switched to verified. This is the slowest fast track I've dealt with so far.

    Not sure if this is worth it's own thread or just can be added here.

     

    When checking GPA for the 2 Bunkers I sold over the weekend, they are both listed wrong. The Regular cover for #1 was a 9.8 and sold for $86 (cert. # 0228839011) ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=261439255146 ) and the Variant cover was 9.8 and sold for $66 (cert. # 0228839012) ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=261439259975 ) .

     

    But GPA has #1 listed as 9.4 and sold for $66. And #1 Variant cover as 9.8 and sold for $86.

     

    ???(shrug)

    I put up regular cover and variant cover of Bunker #1 on eBay up for auction just to see how they'd do since I haven't seen other blue label 9.8's up. So far the regular is 80 and variant is 53 and they both expire on Sunday.

    They are both higher then I expected so far.

    Ale Garza Commissions

    You're lucky it was only three months. I would of rather of paid him directly at a show. But he doesn't know until last minutes if he's going to a show.

     

    His wife was helping him out. I was emailing her. Then a few week ago she said they'll ship out on the Thursday of that week. I replied back to her twice since then and she she hasn't replied.

     

    They make me feel like I shouldn't of ever given them any money..

    Not sure exactly where to put this. But has anyone been stiffed by Ale Garza?

     

    I've read stories how he takes a really long time to do commissions. He wants the money right away but then gives the run around when the commission will be done.

     

    I've heard he gotten better but I don't think that's true.

    I gave him money through paypal back in September for two commissions. Kept going back and forth when it will be done and how busy his is. But if you're busy then why take the money?

    He started showing off one of the commissions I asked for on his facebook page. Then I was told that week that he'd ship the commissions out. Then there was no more replies from him. That was three weeks ago. He took my money and I have nothing to show for it.

     

    Paypal has a 45 day limit to file a claim.

     

    What should happen from here?
