  3. Just picked up 2 pieces at fan expo in Toronto. Both pieces are by Dale Keown. The first is an original splash page from Pitt. It is a really nice piece of a very cool monster. The second is a commission. I asked for Daredevil and that whatever he wanted to do was fine with me. He ended up doing a slightly modified version of his end of days variant cover! I was very happy to have picked up these 2 pieces. :whee:

  4. Here it is. Opinions if you please. I have looked at comparables and it looks like some of the known ones but not exactly. It could be an older sig, that is why I am posting here, asking for advice. The signature is on the splash page of DD 168.

    Thanks for looking

  5. A pretty good book, back in the day.

Written between 1382 and 1386. This translation was first published in 1971.

I'm just getting around to it now. Mind you, I was only born in 1956, so I do have a reason for missing it when it was on the best-seller lists.

A great read. Chaucer had a way with words

"He had supposed that nothing had the might to steer his heart against a will as free as his; yet, at a look, immediately, he was on fire, and he, in pride above all others, suddenly was slave to love." Book I, Stanza 33
