This issue has only 2 signature series copies on the census. This one is the highest graded copy.

I have had this for a while, but I just got around to taking a photo of it. It is larger than it appears to be in the photo. Without the frame it is about 18X12.

Here are my 2 latest.

The first is page 12 of Fantastic Four #1 by Leonard Kirk

The second is a quick Batman sketch by Neal Adams. Both were purchased today at the Niagara Falls comicon.

My Flash commission should be back from framing soon. IN the meantime here are a few color guides from Spectacular Spider-Man 192. I have the rest of the guides for the issue but I chose to frame these three.

Just picked up 2 pieces at fan expo in Toronto. Both pieces are by Dale Keown. The first is an original splash page from Pitt. It is a really nice piece of a very cool monster. The second is a commission. I asked for Daredevil and that whatever he wanted to do was fine with me. He ended up doing a slightly modified version of his end of days variant cover! I was very happy to have picked up these 2 pieces.

Great transaction. The shipping was fast and the packaging was great. Thanks again Dan.

Almost complete, just missing (#2) for a mini run....

That is amazing looking 3.5 for the #1. Did the writing on the cover really bring it down that much. At first glance that copy looks to be a much higher grade.

Here it is. Opinions if you please. I have looked at comparables and it looks like some of the known ones but not exactly. It could be an older sig, that is why I am posting here, asking for advice. The signature is on the splash page of DD 168.

Fantastic run of DD you put together. It is very nice to see some respect for Ol Hornhead. Too bad you are thinking of selling...must have taken a while and quite a bit of effort to assemble that run. Great books, and thanks for sharing them!

Written between 1382 and 1386. This translation was first published in 1971.

 

I'm just getting around to it now. Mind you, I was only born in 1956, so I do have a reason for missing it when it was on the best-seller lists.
