  1. Did anyone else's issue 26 have a double printed last page for the sneak preview of Plantoid? I picked up 3 issues today 2 from 1 shop and 1 from another and all 3 have this defect. am i alone?

Yeah this must be a defect in everysingle one...just checked and my copy has one as well.

  2. picked up uncharted #1 & 2 from my LCS for under cover. sold on ebay for $15 BIN (not trying to be too greedy)

noticed my LCS suddenly had multiple copies of ToT #2 again, so i bought 2 and sold them on ebay for $20 BIN. gonna go by the store again and pick up more copies today.

you greedy little haha...nahh im just jealous!

  3. Looks like Saga RRP's are doing better. Also looks like Daryl Dixon Walking Dead action figures are doing well. Walking Dead has started to cool down. I wonder if we will see that trend continue until season three gets close or until issue 100 hits (or something wild happend in the pages of the comic).

If you ask me TWD will heat up again at both of those occurences. All the hype around issue 100 should renue the series in collectors minds and as always once the new seaon starts many people will be wanting their very own part of the series!

  4. Anybody have any knowledge on whether this book will become "collectible" as in the sense of even coming close to walking dead status or chew?

If anyone knew the answer to that question they could make a tens of thousands ... I don't think we'll see this book ever get that hot. There is no way in my mind that it or any other book will enjoy the commercial sucess the Walking Dead has simply because the WD has a hit TV show and had years of soft sales. Chew is only going to remain a high value book (in my opinion) if the TV show on Showtime goes. Otherwise I see the price of those books cutting in half or more a few years or even a few months after the series ends with issue 60. I'm not by any stretch of the imagination an authority and I certainly don't have a crystal ball, but I think a lot of people would agree with what I just said.

Yeah I see where your coming from. I guess thats why its called speculating, because in all honesty nobody ever truly knows what the outcome of a series may be! Thanks for the response!
