  1. I was into Lego's when I was young, and enjoyed them. Grew out of them long ago, but our kids love them. I love looking at the different sets (esp. the superhero sets) and minifigures. We took our kids to the Lego Kid Fest in Raleigh, NC a couple of years ago - the exhibits were great.

We took the kids to see "The LEGO Movie" and we all liked it, and we bought it on DVD. Oh, and the different Lego video games are a LOT of fun if you're into the characters/movies (Batman, Marvel, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc.).

  2. PS I wanted to say again...my gift from tilleycs was really awesome, super packed and had a wonderful surprise!!!!

Thanks, big guy! Glad you enjoyed your surprise (once the package finally got there! lol ). Glad to have made another friend on the boards.

  3. The GT offer I claimed from Gunnz arrived on Saturday! I'm looking forward to diving into the new reading material, and I'm sure my son will LOVE the action figure. And these are my first two slabs. I've never even held a slab before - now I'm starting to understand the appeal.

Long live The Giving Tree! :D

  4. A couple a' RAKs.

Batman 14-17 (the "Death of the Family" arc - very good arc). Got this from the PIF thread, read it, liked it, and am passing it on to whomever would like to have/read it.
