I've posted 24/93 books prepared for this sale.

Should I scan & post the remainder or close this sucker now & send the spreadsheet to the usual dealers?

This is a lot of work. Think about all the shipping time. Yikes! Collecting is much more fun than selling. lollollol

I've got a few thousand more books of my personal collection to go after this 93.  :ohnoez:

As always, n00dz available for purchase via PM.

    Who are the usual dealers?

NOT comics but went to a card convention today in the US and noticed a number of previously, older “hot” cards were marked down. In some cases by hundreds of dollars. That being said, it was the busiest convention floor I’d seen in years and modern sig x rarities were very expensive - for example anything Burrow, Josh Allen, Ja Morant, etc., related. Also, tons of Pokémon :Rocket:

Thanks for the con update! Time for me to sell those Josh Allen, Jokic, and Doncic slabs + raw cards!

    Nova [Set]     1(7.5), 25(9.2)
    Asking Price:  $115

#1: Spine has about 6 spine ticks that break color. Two more prominent bends just below the top staple along the spine edge (typical from a spinner rack). Spine corners slightly soft. Top edge has some light color rubbing and another color-breaking edge crease. Bottom edge has a light diagonal bend that goes up under Nova’s right leg for about 1”. Back cover, top edge and spine have some light bends and ticks, but not color-breaking. Lower open edge has a small spot of waviness, but no evidence of moisture. Perhaps a reader had sweaty fingers.

#25: Nice copy. Very small corner crease, URC of front cover. All corners, minimally soft. Not 9.4+ sharp.
Back cover has a light crescent bend, bottom edge, and a pencil-tip size impact ding in the green block to the right of the Battlestar Galactica shirt image.

I would think that most people would consider you a fool and offer 50 cents at a garage sale. If you’re not giving away your stuff, it’s hard to sell at garage sales around here.

Heck, I would rather give them away free to kids than deal with the young phone holding flippers around here.

That was going to be my follow up question…price ranges.

I was looking at offering books at $1 each.

We had a garage sale this weekend and I ended up selling $100 in crappy $1 books.  I only had out a few long boxes of the give away books and people dug thru them all weekend.  Great way to get rid of some drek - you guys should try it.

Going to try this in 2 weeks at a town wide garage sale.

3-4 long boxes of rando titles (mostly DC)
