1. The Newsstand edition of this issue is not separated by CGC.
2. Notes on a CGC label aren't proof of anything, even when they're actually correct.
Well the label says polybag removed and its a newstand edition.
I thought that was the question.

Did the newsstand version come polybagged?
Yes. If you look on a CGC graded one, that sold for $8100 it says polybag removed.

A book like this is odd to me. Wasn't desirable, but now it's super popular selling for $50. If most of the folks here seem to think it won't increase but it's going to decrease then why buy? Seems if you buy it at $50 you've missed the boat. That said, gorgeous cover.
Because most of the people buying don't have an understanding of market trends. Not everyone who buys comics is on these boards.

Feels like it's been forever!

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I thought it was pretty cheesy. Maybe I just expected more. I will watch the next couple and maybe it will get better as it goes on like the flash did.
-
I'll give it a few episodes and see, first one was just ok for me.
-
I thought it was boring, not to mention I didn't like Morgan's acting in this episode......
-
I thought for the most part the show was entertaining. It could have cast a few better actors but it is what it is. It is still better then half the garbage on TV today. I'll be back for season 2.

I thought last night was another strong episode.

Anyone think GI Joe Death of Snake Eyes (issue 214) is going to carry any heat.
Depends on how badly it gets pumped before its release. Otherwise considering the typical print run and the character that is dying it would be a sure thing.
worth a shot for a few copies I guess....I've heard the print run is in the 6k range.
Wow I didnt know it had that small a print run.

I'm looking forward to it!
