Oh, that would be sooo good.
🤣

I am Cartacus
-
Yup.
Really do not want to bother changing my name just to please Marvel, when it is very inoffensive.
-
I was going to join but Marvel would not let me as my username was offensive!!!
"trapezetony"
So offensive that I can use it on the CGC chat boards, and many other internet accounts... But NOT with marvel.
I know the reason why, as it popped up on my screen.
But, does anyone care to guess?

Just managed to buy two copies of 3a on ebay for cover price, with free postage!
I'm happy.

Still really good!

Hi Kurtis,
The coloured sketch by Edgar Tadeo is mine - hope that you like it.
Please feel free to post the image on the Facebook page, but can I ask that you credit Edgar Tadeo for it?
Thanks
-
I actually have another 3 of the blanks and would love to get one sketched by Roc.... But I do not know how to contact him to ask??
I did send a message to the RQ Facebook page, and also messaged Kurtis via these boards, but unfortunately I did not get a reply to either approach.
If anyone knows how to contact Roc, then please PM me.
As with the Ed sketch, I'd ideally like to get a full coloured sketch from Roc.

Thought I'd share this image with you guys.... so I hope that you like it.
I think it's pretty amazing as I love Ed Tadeo's work!!
Fingers crossed now for a 9.8 when it comes back from CGC

Damn man, racoons.. rats...
move over turtles.. looks like rodents are the next big thing!!
Great... I'll look forward to Squirrel Girl!,

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who loves the Rat queens!
They kick butt!!

Just read issue 6, and it reminded me of how much I love this book!

So...I've read quite a few posts here and there seems to be a consensus on the stand alone HP Scanjet 8300 scanner. Are there any all-in-one's out there that will do the job? I've been looking at the HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One which will scan 8.5"x14". It uses CIS technology. Has anybody tried this AIO or have an idea if any will work? Keep in mind I'm not looking for studio quality scans. I just want something that will allow me to get some reasonably nice slab scans and be usable for other office duties. (thumbs u
No do not use CIS
The recent purchase for my office has a CIS scanner and they cannot cope with any depth of field.
E.G. if it is not touching the screen it all be very blurry.
I hate my office scanner!

I sometimes ask sellers to write "Do Not Bend" on the package because my postal person likes to make things fit in my box. Other than that I don't tell them how to package books because its annoying when people do it to me. I look at it as if you are working at a grocery store checkout and the customer walks up and tells you to bag their stuff correctly before you have a chance to do anything.
My postman does just the same - I have lost count of how many books have been folded to mail through the letter box. Even some that are labelled "do not bend".
I have started smiling things to my work address!

Aaaargh LCS out of Rat Queens today's I'm not happy.
I love this book.

Pretty cool, Rich!

Liking the look of this...

Rich always makes me so jealous with his signed books.
Here in the UK we have so little opportunity to get cgc ss books.
So I'm so glad Rich is happy to help out those of us in the UK.
Thanks Rich!
-
Sorry, but I have no legal sized scanner so I'm having to post bad photos from my phone...
-
Can I join too.
I have a thing for signature series, first appearance... so I'm really happy with this book :-)

Hey Rich - Awesome Cap 332
Just thought I'd share this image...
Does anyone else have a pair of comics they think make the perfect pair?
-
Wow, looks pretty similar to mine :-)
-
Here's my only copy...
If anyone becomes aware of any CGC signing opportunities with either George Lucas, Harrison Ford or Tom Palmer please let me know.
I'd love to be able to add any or all of these signatures to this book!
Thanks in advance
