  1. Weird. That link works fine for me. Also here: http://www.comicvine.com/myvine/donfelipe/all-images/108-575622/nowhere_men__v1_001_cova3/105-2855808/ -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  2. Yeah, there will be a third printing of #2 and a fourth printing of #1. We adventurously sent Diamond 4k of the third printing of #1 and it looks like post-FOC we spiked to well over that. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com

  4. The second printing of issue #2 is sold out, incidentally. Looks like the third printing of #1 will actually ship sold out, too.... -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  5. I think Nate will definitely have some. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  6. Nice! Is the print not in circulation on ebay? It's on heavier stock and doesn't have the fold in the middle... -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  7. Yeah, my point was why be concerned about what I thought? It's not the end of the world if you don't like it, regardless of my presence on the board. Just speak your mind. Different people like different things, and honestly, I'm writing this first and foremost for myself, and my tastes no doubt vary wildly from others', especially in regard to comics. As for your question, reviews have been overwhelmingly positive from the start (which isn't to say there weren't some negative reviews, because there were, but the majority of them were very positive), but yeah, issue three was the one that seems to have really pushed it over the edge. Which was the plan all along. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  8. If it's not for you, it's not for you. What's the big deal? -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  9. Oh yeah, and speaking of that, I've seen Peter Panzerfaust 7 listed as the first preview for Nowhere Men, but TWD 102 actually ran the preview first and was published a full two months before PP 7. Either way, it's a preview, not an actual extra piece of story or anything like that. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  10. Ouch. Well, I hope that brings the buyer years and years of enjoyment... -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. ww.imagecomics.com
  11. Similar, but not the same. Characters' names aren't the same, circumstances aren't the same, and the page in INV 20 definitely have nothing to do with anything at this point. That crack about the TWD Previews auction is great btw -- how much did that wind up going for? -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  12. I think that depends on how you look at it. Characters have different names and in at least one instance, a completely different appearance. There are major story differences. It's called the same thing, but that's about it. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  13. There are back-up stories in INV 19-20 by a different artist (Terry Stevens) from an aborted earlier version of the book. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  14. Nate talking about the book here: http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/2013/02/conversing-on-comics-with-nate-bellegarde/ -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  15. No offense, but I don't think people new to comics are looking for the Saga RPP variant. Or any variants, for that matter. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  16. If you like orange, though, you'll want to check out the CBLDF booth at Wizard World Portland or the Emerald City Comicon in Seattle... -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  17. The poster image will only ever be a poster image, sorry. And FYI -- there's a one-sided print with that image that was available at SDCC lats year, printed on heavier stock, then there's the double-sided poster that was sent to retailers. Either way, that was done solely as a promo image and won't be used as a cover. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  18. It's the exact same paper. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  19. That's what is typically known as an "I don't really want to sell this, but if you offer me crazy money, I will," quote. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  20. First week in March. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  21. nice, hopefully I get mine tommorow if I got my adress in when E.S was asking for it. Gonna have to buy a frame too. Heading to Ikea for a few frames to frame superior spiderman #1 signed and hopefully Nowhere men #? signed. Everyone who emailed after the initial copies were gone will get copies of either the #3 reprint or #4 when I get them. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  22. I always had the biggest crush on buffy. Even as a 30 y.o. Just Buffy? -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  23. It is $9.99, I don't know why it's listed otherwise. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  24. I doubt we'd do that for an Image Firsts book as the whole brief there is $1 comics, but I don't think a blank cover for TWD in the not-too-distant future is out of the question. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com
  25. Yeah, it's something I've been working on for a long time. There were a couple failed attempts with other artists. That's where the two (now out of continuity) previews in INVINCIBLE 19-20 come from. In terms of overall planning, I've got 12 issues mapped out in a general sense, with things getting bounce around a bit depending on where we are with the actual execution. The nice thing about having things planned out for so long is that I can re-evaluate where I want to put certain scenes or character bits. For issue five, there was something I realized would either work well there, or could be used in issue seven, and that's a nice feeling, being able to let the story kind of find its own way. -e.s.
