Sitting this one out too many people already trying to ride this.
+1
On a speculator view this will somehow be a bad investment but in a reader standpoint, I am enjpying the heck out of this one!

35k+? That print run figure seems to high. One of the bigger stores in Atlanta had a sole copy by noon. The other store I went to had all of five ordered.
Then also...the variants should be factored in as well right? I mean the print runs of the variants will be added to its print run? Anybody correct me if im wrong but the numbers of the fp variant and the others will add up to its count right?
35k is a little too high but that was the higher ebd of my estimate it will play between 25 to 35 keyword between

If it already sold out at midtown I would be surprised if the print run was that high.
My bet is it is between 25 to 35k

Print run is in the 35k - 40k range.Surprised it's this high, considering how many dealers didn't order any.
Here in Toronto, I took the average order for the 4 shops I have and their average is 127 copies/shop as the average number.
I asked to compare it to EoW orders for 1 and they said it is a little less...most of them ordered 150-250 1s of EoW.

Sorry for the way long overdue question...
Is it safe to assume that the #1 variant is just about 2,000 copies because it is 1:10?
4 Shops I had in here only ordered between 5-8 copies so is it safe to assume that not all shops ordered at least 10?

I've been looking for a MP 15 club for the longest time and haven't found any. I asked Harvey if he has my blessing to make one... So this came to fruition!

Hi TMNT experts!
I am planning to acquire a TMNT #1 1st Print and join the club!
I would like either a CGC 9.0 9.2, or 9.4 grade.
How much is the going prices for these specific grades. All I can see on ebay are Fixed Price sold listings. I dont really trust it because those are usually manipulated.
How much should I be ready to pay for the following?
9.0 = ?
9.2 = ?
9.4 = ?
Thank you!

Member in question: NigelTufnel42 or Eric Adkins
Hi,
I have sold several books here already and always had a great experience.
The first two transactions with Eric has been awesome. but now the final 2 transactions we have are all flops.
He held books for 2 weeks the first time then changed his mind and he said I'll just buy your other book instead etc. Decided to change his order but evntually after another week decided he can't pay.
After 1 month, I decided to list some other keys and once again he saw it and decided to make an offer and to hold books once again. Now it has been almost 2 months of holding the book and he disappeared on me again.
I believe I have been very patient with it and just because he bailed on me the 2nd time I believe he should be a candidate for HoS.
I am also worried that he has another account so just in case his name is Eric Adkins. I could PM more details about him if you inquire but for now I am really disappointed and saddened.

Thanks Speedy D

I highly recommend oldshady to do business with. Very professional and lightning fast payment!
Will surely do business with again! Thanks!

why would they?
Because you can turn a blue yellow, but a yellow can never be blue again.
The blue may or may not turn to yellow as well too because not everytime writers or artists go to cons or whatsoever

I remember this poster like yesterday haha
To me it was the best major event from one of the big publishers.The first was the two issue prestige format Thanos quest.
Then the prelude in Silver Surfer from issue 34 up.
To the main event in Infinity Gauntlet.
The one series I eagerly waited with anticipation for the next issue to be released.
I even bought the t-shirt that had the artwork of issue one of the cover.
And I even scored this advertising poster from my LCS at the time.
Still have it but a bit worse for wear I'm afraid.
Must have been 18 when this series came out.
So long ago.
Favourite parts when Warlock sends in the heroes knowing they were 100% doomed just to distract thanos so Silver Surfer could swoop in and steal the gauntlet.
The fact that thanos was so powerful he had Mephisto as a lackey/henchman.
Here is a pic of the comic shop advertising poster.

should we still issue "spolier" warnings for this thread? hehe
