    A lady at my office allows her 10 year old daughter to buy the trade paper backs. I was like ummmmm did you read volume 5-8 before you let your daughter? The answer was no... That being said those kids watch the show. You are correct. There is a whole generation of children fascinated with doomsday scenario's and zombie's. Rightfully so as well because the next 100 years on this planet could stand to get pretty crazy depending on external factors like rising sea levels and world killing meteors. Don't forget hot air from politicians.

    That is because unlike mavel or dc they have to stick wit the same artist. Superior SM comes out so often and IMO the art is lacking even though I like Francavilla so I welcome it as long as they hold up on the quality.

    This title is drawing more attention and will most likely continue to have strong demand especially when it picks up some awards. Are you really serious into thinking 50 K is too many copies to spread around all collectors and readers in the US and abroad for the first print?

    So happy I threw the limited edition retailer version back into the dollar box because it was a little dinged up... I don't really buy into that hype list though. it says east of west is hot and i don't see ebay results justifying cover price on them...my lcs has 1 - 3 at cover
