  1. Saga #13 is going to a second print..... :sumo:Saga
  2. Oh I agree with this. I think the book story wise deserves some praise. It is very good. My point, I don't think the regular cover is going to appreciate all that much. Print run was to high. The RRP is where it is at. +1, everyone saw this book coming. of the 1260 graded, 1040 are 9.8. the print run was 30k+ IIRC. the bindery tear didn't stop CGC from grading them 9.8. there are likely thousands more 9.8's out there. BKV has stated he doesn't have an interest in bringing this to another medium; we'll see if that's the case if they dangle enough $ in front of him. great book to read but lousy long term speculation. And how do you know this? Just a hunch?
  3. The summer inactivity on secondary market sites like ebay is still way down. Give it a few months and if this title wins another Eisner Award holy smokes this thing will be white hot again.
  4. Of course it is. It'll probably win multiple Harvey awards and they just had a full page spread in Time magazine.
  5. It won't matter IMO. Even 50 k spread out over time is not that much.
  6. Awesome thanks for the link. What I like about this title is the fact its not just slash and kill zombies or groups fighting each other fighting zombies like WD. Not knocking WD just that this has the crime feeling of a mystery stroy and that stirs my imagination. (thumbs u
  7. It was around 50 k but that includes variants. Its a solid book with great art & writing and will be around for at least 5 years so I see this big things for this title. (thumbs u
  8. I don't think a thread has been created by itself so here it is. Larime Taylor This is going to be an ongoing series in November by Larrime Taylor and orders of the Kickstarter TPB and SDCC limited to 100 copy will be sent with order.
  9. Summer isn't over yet, its almost 100 degrees here still. Things should start picking back up soon.
  10. so will Catwoman 24 be the first full appearance of Joker's daughter?
  11. 1) It's Batman. 2) It's a #1. 3) Best book from the New 52 (Snyder's Batman rocks). 4) It's Batman. 5) Capullo rocks the art. 6) Batman is everywhere. 7) Oh, and did I mention, it's Batman! Yeah but.... 1. Its not old 2. Its not rare 3. Its not a key issue or first appearance 4. The print a boat load of Batman books so what makes these worth 140 + Maybe the answer is just because. I'm lost.
  12. Can someone tell me why Barman #1 new 52 is worth that much even in 9.8? I mean its a rehash of Batman but does this classify as a key or first appearance? I'm just a little confused cause its not that old.
  13. I didn't order Outliers because I didn't like the coloring on the cover This is why you can take my advice and 10 cents and still need a few bucks to buy a cup of coffee
  14. Day Men and Outliers still showing heat. Too bad I couldn't snag any Outliers at my lcs. sad panda
  15. They are only cutting their own profits especially when they are selling way higher than listed. People will start to undercut themselves, its funny at all the missed profits they missed out on.
  16. Yeah it was tweeted a long time ago by Rucka as ongoing at least 50 or so issues. He said it will have a finite end. That is the only problem since hitting this hobby I've noticed is the publications of mini's and some need sales to be ongoing but some are already going to be just haven't stated.
  17. Yeah for that money you could get a Giant size X-men #1.
  18. Lazarus not only is awesome but its got Rucka and great art, plus its going to be around for at least 5 more years like EOW.
  19. True but getting somebody to pay 99 versus 15 or so is a wide margin, especially for the casual comic collector.
