Official word from CGC is that they don't recognize the stamp with the misspelling as a Bethlehem Pedigree. Not enough evidence to corroborate a bad stamp at the store or a fake stamp. So can't call it a pedigree.
So we just have a very nice high grade Haunt of Fear #17!

Here is a link to another discussion on the Bethlehem misspelling.
Is it a misspelling on a stamp at the store or is it a fake?
I noticed that a Bethlehem pedigree 8.0 was sold in Nov 2010. However, the Cert # no longer exists, The date the comic was published may indicate that it is was a misspelled stamp but I'll investigate further with CGC and anyone else that may have knowledge about this.

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't catch that nor did CGC. I'll leave it up as is. A buyer will get a nice upgrade to a pedigree on a resubmit. Or if it doesn't sell I'll resubmit.
C. Spaulding has pointed out that the spelling of Bethlehem is incorrect on the stamp. The stamp has "Behtlehem". So most likely this is not a Bethlehem pedigree.

Lawbreakers Suspense Stories #11 (CGC 6.5 with off-white to white pages.) $5000:
Now if I was writing the cover caption it would say, “Cat got your tongue? Have one of these.” Need a little levity for that cover.
Anyway, here we have a very solid presentation for this grade. The colors really stand out. The top orange-red color is very deep and bright. Other copies, even higher grades, have what looks like the orange-red has faded. I’m not sure if the fading look was just a printing issue or actual color fading over time. But clearly the deep orange-red stands out over the other lackluster orange-reds.

Dynamic Comics #21 (CGC 4.0 with cream to off-white pages.) $500:
Paul Gattuso is generally recognized as the cover artist even though he’s not given credit by CGC. He drew a number of covers and stories for the Harry Chesler Shop in the ‘40s. Gaping faces were a trademark of his style.
Dynamic Man better hurry or those two damsels are going to make one tasty meal.

Fight Against Crime #19 (CGC 6.0 with cream to off-white pages) $1000:
Fight Against Crime is known for its gory and gruesome covers and artwork. Maybe the most violent covers of the pre-code era.
Here we have a depraved villain getting ready to shove his antagonist’s face into the most jagged broken glass I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately for him the captive’s cohort is ready for payback.
Gorgeous presentation for the grade!
Only 21 Universal in census with just four graded higher!
