It was punishment bidding....I knew had no chance in hell of winning, so I thought I would make him pay prices for them... maybe he will leave the books in the next auction so people with BUDGET CONSTRAINTS can get a shot in I don't get it. Wouldn't such a tactic create an artificially high recording for anyone recording prices? And potentially make the next sale(s) high as well? Am just con-fuse-ed by the logic. Nah, these wacky Bizarro World prices are just a set-up for the Great Crash. When it hits, cheap comics all around!

You and me both G. It seems almost a waste considering how much we like them all. Unfortunately, I live in a 708 squarefoot condo so my ability to display anything is limited. I used to be able to fit all my comics in my closet. Now, I have 45 short boxes of my DCs elsewhere!

They sit in a box! If I didn't take the time to scan some of these books, I doubt that I would take a look at them more than once a year!
