  1. For the record I had 3 sets and sold them all... Made a pretty good bank over it. Im sitting on none now other than my personal collection, but that will change soon, just because its a money making machine and people cant find them anywhere... There is no secret formula for making money here, you spend money to make money, just gotta know where to look..

On a side note, I sold all of my WD to cats who dont even collect comic books, so dont tell me that fans of the show wont by them.. Youre dead wrong. Their the ones that pay THE MOST.

Capitalism aside, I love comics. Im an old dinosaur, pretty much like most people that I run into in the LCS (sad I know), but Im different because I support the format and believe in evolution.

WALKING DEAD IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO COMIC BOOKS IN MY GENERATION

I've got nothing but apathy for anyone that doesnt want a comic book.. Any comic book.. to succeed

My good friend still has 3 1/2 runs or so!

Maybe not 'the best', but surely one of the 'most important' if not the most important comics if our generation!

  2. Honestly, sometimes I find it hard to buy at places where my post count is low...

    I don't get it

    Were abouts in Ontario neighbour?

    I am in Ottawa.

    PS WTTB!

Well, like on eBay, etc. sometimes big sellers don't want to deal with little buyers (i'm relating posts to purchases I guess).

Just down the road in Kingston, Ontario!

    “TALES OF BLOOD & COURAGE!”

CBLDF LIBERTY ANNUAL returns with Dark Horse editor-in-chief SCOTT ALLIE pulling together an all-star roster of writers and artists to battle censorship with 48 PAGES OF ALL-NEW stories! TIM SEELEY brings HACK/SLASH back for what might be the most bizarre tale in the series...

When's this come out this year? Hmmm... I need to read my previews better!

  4. Yes I'm a schmuck that buys variants :makepoint:

Dido! Key word for us: schmucks! Haha.

I only buy them if I REALLY like the cover... or if its Deadpool... Or an artist I REALLY like (for example 'Jock' is doing so random variant covers).

  5. I only started collecting about 2 years ago, but I have just over 2000 raw issues. Although, I would say that about 5 percent of them are under 9.0 grades. Plus I have about 100 TPBs and hardcovers.

Hoping to start getting some of the more important issues CGC graded soon!
