Does anyone think this book is undervalued or may see long term appreciation? Has several 1st appearances but not sure they will ever be “popular”. I love the cover and the book but don’t want to spend big money on a book while everything else 💰💰📈.

I think every book I have been interested in has heated up 200% in past 12 months..I regret not buying all of the below when I look at ones I bid on but did not purchase 6 months back 🤦‍♂️

Thanks for whatever reason for my super keys i always go for White Pages.. Most likely my OCD. When you say premium - 5% or 10% just trying to factor that in - thanks for the help!

Haha - we met today at a Starbucks. It went well. I bought a few thinks. I did not pull the trigger on the Graded books

Quick question - I have a journey into mystery golden record unopened (factory sealed) is it better to separate and have it cgc graded to sell. Or sell as is unopened?
