I sent him books he paid and we talked like crazy comic book people. I don't buy Overstreet anymore since I can barley read it with glasses on I thought he was crazy spending that much money since you could buy a New 4 bedroom house for 90k here in Sonoma county back then . I wish I had the money and the smarts this man had back when I was young I always bought low grade book's so I could buy 4 or 5 great book's instead of 1 real nice book ? Comic books to me was always Fun Fun Fun not for investment I just love comic book's Oh and I love the smell something that I always like to do smell my book's

Yup he called me when he bought that Action 1 said it was NM/Mint. I had just got my Tec 27 and he said he was getting a copy or just got a copy. I sold him some of my book's don't know what book's but I did have all the big key's few times over back than I just got his check in the mail I saved all my mail in my junk box and still have a lot even Steve F sent me mail.I use to be somebody and never new it

If you need a copy of Action 1 this is the cheapest you will ever get 1 I think.

I say 50/50 with Action 1/Tec 27 low grade 1.0 unrestored Action wins. 9.0 Tec 27 would walk all over Action 1 Superman 1 is hard above 6.0 so its # 3 easy Batman 1 went from a 12k book in 1999 4.0 to 100k plus now. Cap is at its top level for a while might even go down now cap is out of the movies and new blood will be of interest. Marvel 1 is one of my all time greats but not going to move any time soon. This is just IMO.

How would anyone know if this was not the book that decided how to manufacture Marvel 1 . What adds to put in the inside covers Where to trim the pages and so on. Who is to say what cover goes to what inside ? This is all part of the manufacturing maybe I think he kept the best copy for himself the Pay copy right. I would think all this is to hard to prove I don't know what to say abought the holder ? Good Bad or maybe
