Whatnot is cancer to collectibles. The mess they do behind the scenes is borderline criminal. Stop supporting them and a lot of this nonsense dies.

I just bought a 9.8 copy this past week. Glad to be in the club

Awesome person to deal with. He's bought a dozen high end books off last year. Instant payment. MM is good people

... And then PM me for pressing
Don't think you could press that and improve it much.
Bingo, those books aren't pressable, stock is the cardboard type, and you can't get enough pressure on the corners to get anything out. Good price though

Has any of the sketches been put up for sale yet?

Another one has been found...........
I love how you're the 1st one to post on bleedingcool talking about stealing pics, when you turnaround and do the same thing a few hours later.

Have you guys seen what the Rick and Morty #1 Boiland 1:50 are selling for? Last 3 have all ended over $400, with the last one almost hitting $500. Insane

Excellent, I have bought two books of GSims and they are packed correctly and he gives updates. He also sells below GPA and will work with you. Excellent

Marvel Point One's are basically being given away at $5 dollar stores right now in the infamous 4 packs. Hell the 1:75 variant are in those trash packs as well. Marvel printed way too many and are basically doing anything they can to get rid of their back-stock. Those books had little to no value two months ago, and won't in a few more. Look at what prices have done on the Ramos ASM #4 variant. It has literally lost 40% value since the 4 packs cameout. Marvel Point One's barely sell for $12 raw......... Nice try though. Santos is right. Regardless of what anyone wants to believe Captain Marvel #17 2nd print with her on the cover is going to be the book to own, as it has for the last year and a half.

Were those books pressed? : )
It does sell well in 9.8, just not for 1,800 on the Ebay. But it does, I sold these 2.

Hughes variants from Dark Horse ship tomorrow.
Barb Wire? Isn't it next week?
The promotional variants are being shipped to participating retailers before the book releases.
You sure about that Thomas ?

I'm said I wasn't touching the diversity argument with a 10 foot pole, but I have to chime in. As a minority comic book reader, I'm not buying Silk because its the first representation of an Asian-American leading her own title, I love Stacey Lee's art and the stories intriguing.
The female Thor story has been amazing, Jason Aaron's whole run has been amongst the best in history IMO.
I've always loved Miles Morales, but I didn't identify with him because we have similar ethnic backgrounds, I just liked to see a young teenage spider-man again and Bendis and Sara were pumping gold out of those books.
Kamala Khan is one of the best new original characters, and to be honest I never bought Ms. Marvel titles with Carol Danvers, because the non-powered scenes were lacking, I buy Ms. Marvel for the scenes at home, a culture I know nothing about and am being educated on.
People who think this is the PC police, or some mandate to make things diverse are completely making the point. They aren't pandering to minorities like me. Lets think about this logically, if you're a business, why would you try to sell books that are aimed at the minority of the population. That's not what they are doing, they are selling books that sell, and its not because of race or gender, these stories are intriguing, a shot in the arm to Marvel and the industry.
And quite frankly going all the way back to the days of Golden Age books and before, are people seriously person_without_enough_empathying about diversity in comics after 60-70 years of 90+% White Male superheroes?
Great reply, first logical thing I've seen on here in a few days. Your point about the Kamala scenes at home are exactly how I feel about that book.

Still can't preorder on midtown? What's up with that?
I wonder where you heard this rumor : )

Ha! Something told me to hold off on buying it. Sucks to be those people who paid $100+.
Really sucks for whoever shelled out $700 for the final splash page of original art. Good for Cory Smith, though.
I completely disagree, no matter what happens in future issues he DIED in this issue. It was confirmed by the character Angel Bridge in the dialogue, not to mention every single news outlet that has printed a story about the events. Turtles die in real life when their shells are compromised, and that's exactly what Bebop and Rocksteady did to Donny. Will a serum/mutagen/ooze bring him back?..... probably.
Wolverine will be back, but that doesn't mean he didn't die in Death of Wolverine 4
This will be an iconic panel forever in my opinion. $700 was a steal.
Except in the preview art for the future issue posted by Adonis the dialogue reads "he very nearly lost his life"
It would appear that you have some amount of money tied up into this and are desperately clinging to the idea that he is dead.
Your assumption is incorrect ......

Regardless of what happens next issue, in TMNT #44 he was killed. IGN and its article confirmed it as did the dialogue by Angel Bridge in the issue. This will be an iconic book for awhile. Might not be worth near what it would be if stayed dead for a long period of time, but will hold value.

Don't you love the guys who buy 14 copies........

That book may not be trimmed. Those are known for having a jagged edge like that as a printing defect. Even some 9.8's have them.
-J.
Thanks for your time and info. Much appreciated sir

Bought a book this weekend and got home and noticed that it was trimmed, the right hand side of the cover was very very not straight and it looked like it was cut.
Fast forward to today when I received some books from a customers and low and behold he has two ASM 300's out of 4 that have the same cover defect. Zero chance they could be related.
Was curious if anyone else has had or seen this issue. I will include the pic of mine for better detail and understanding
apologies for the large image

I wouldn't have bought a set if I knew they were this years, wonder if Frank will refund me and give them to someone else who missed out hopefully
