  1. I'm starting this post based on prepping for conventions and I find that not being able to fill out the needed paperwork before hand is very time consuming when everything is done online now and I wanted to see how the facilitators feel about the process as well? In the old system being able to print out the form completed at the time of the event in question seemed more efficient and less of a struggle. Knowing where the booths were by having your map layout ready, your comic windows placed for signatures, your color of ink, and list of comics getting signed was easier.

This may just be me as I'm wanting when I attend the a Con to be fail proof and that way my time is spent on other event days to start buying comics I'm missing.

  2. I appreciate it, but I was able to find critical mass comics a facilitator from them to help out and sorry for the late reply. Didn't hear anything from the forums for a month when this post was created.

I will be attending Phoenix Fan Fusion and be able to get books done. I would need books in hand by Thursday.  If you are attending the show I can definitely help you out.

The fees would be $15 for creators and $25 for celebrities. Books would be put on your CGC account.

I am B-Rocks on the CGC website.

    Any questions let me know.

NYCC Artist Alley Update!!!! FINALLY! Here's a link to who is attending. Still only a handful of "featured" guests, but at least here's a start if you need to send me books for CGC signature series. Included on the AA list----Claremont, Marc Silvestri, Tom King, Lee Weeks, James Tynion, Brian Azzarello, Stephanie Hans, Sean Murphy, Scott Hanna, Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo, Greg Horn, Peter David, Fabian Nicieza, Rob Liefeld, Donny Cates, Kyle Higgins, Ben Bishop----
And a reminder, I can carry any books to the Baltimore show to add names to any of your books.

Andrew Pepoy and Lee Weeks is a possibility for me.

Less than 2 days to go. I'll be there Friday. I'm planning to get there early for easy parking and to get some lunch. Maybe Spirit of 77 or Red Robin . . . start the drinking before the show. If anyone wants to join for lunch, let me know. I know Red Robin has outdoor seating and Spirit of 77 has huge garage doors to let air circulate in.

Hoping to get there on Friday as well, but still waiting on results from PCR test.

    Friday Night Meet and Greet

Throwing this out there for anyone interested. After the show on Friday, I'll head over to Produce Row Cafe. They have a large outdoor seating area, food and a great beer selection. My target time will be 8pm.

Anyone interested in meeting up? I'll bring whatever I acquire that day and maybe a couple of keys from home to show off.

FYI: I'm fully vaxxed, but will be wearing my mask as required.

Sounds good to me it would be fun and cool to show off stuff that other people collect.

Welcome to Portland. PM me if you want any tips on sites to see.

I haven't met Carl, but Dan, Ron and Randy are all very approachable. It should be a fun time.

I'm a huge Predator fan and have been collecting for 30 years only missing three comics out of the comics that have ever been published by Dark Horse Comics. Having them sign their is going to be awesome!
