I was notified by a few concerned friends from the boards before I paid for the book. I contacted 3 execs at HA asking about checking the book and it was crickets. Eventually Paul Litch helped me out and got in touch with HA and my invoice was finally canceled. I got the feeling that HA just didnt want to deal with me. I was hoping to snag it for 17k this time around but as you can see that wasnt in the cards. The realized price feels a bit strong to me but what do I know?  

I'm a bit concerned about the page quality. Still debating... 

I won the Tec 29 last time when the trim wasnt disclosed. HA customer service was a bit interesting.

Even though I have a Bat 1 in my sig line it's missing the back cover so a nice looking 2.0 like you have would be a keeper.

James just answered for me. I don't know who would shill on items of this caliber. I wanted to sell the item... not have a friend get stuck as the winner.

If I were unscrupulous enough to shill, it would not have been on such a high dollar item. Just in case there is any concern about that on this item... I drove this up to Vincent in July and handed it over to him and we had a conversation about setting a reserve on the item. Once I handed it to him I parted with it emotionally (Sort of).

I told him I'd be happy with 15k and we both thought it could exceed that so I went with no reserve. I was elated when it broke 20.

I was the underbidder at 14k. Comiclink is calling me to see if I want it. Im on the fence now since I have made 2 other decent sized purchases since it ended.
