  1. They could make membership free.

This is one area where CGC puzzles me. The ability to submit books for free has been CGC's policy for 14 years, and it is still free today, right now. I can submit as many books as I want without having to pay a membership fee of any kind. Zero. Since TOC advertises free membership, you'd think CGC would promote theirs. Are the memberships really that lucrative that CGC wouldn't want to advertise the "free" part, if only to remain competitive with TOC?

  2. Hey Fellow Comic Collectors and Dealers,

CGC is now on Facebook and we are doing big things in Social Media. We would love for everyone that is on the boards to bring their knowledge, passion, and intensity for comics over to our Facebook page. We are monitoring it all the time and will answer questions and interact with posts you make. We want to know what you are thinking, pictures of new books you received, we want to be involved with what is going on with the largest group of collectors in the industry. Come follow our page and we really look forward to seeing what you will all bring to the table.

    I like it.

    One suggestion:

I think it would be cool to have pictures of the CGC employees we have come to know as an album in the "Photo" section (for those who don't mind or aren't too shy).
