I won a couple of books last night, nothing crazy, total came to $219. Start going through Checkout, shipping price: $70 (as someone said earlier).

The thing that bothers me even more than the outrageous cost is the Fact that the don't post the prices anywhere on their Website. Shady AF...

So I'm comfortable offering up another batch, but PLEASE----NO SWAPPING your B/W variants for color (if you ordered a B/W). I order, pre-pay & purchase these in advance, and if I start substituting books, it can become problematic.

 

If you ordered a color variant, that's what I need you to stick with.

If you ordered a B/W variant, that's what I need you to stick with.

If you ordered B/W variant and you want to get a color variant ALSO, that's okay---but I can't swap a color for a b/w or vice versa.

Cgc is definitely a few weeks back logged. And as for the fee.... A lot of artist and writers are now contracted out to signing companies for signing and cgcing. Frank Miller on a dkr fast tracked was $225 and took two months to get. I'd give it a month more and then get worried.

Yeah but this is going on 7 months with a book that would have been submitted under the "Express" Tier (8 Day TA)... The OP has every right to be worried.... Especially with the lack luster communication.....

Batman 1 New52 Sketch 9.8 SS Capullo and Glapion just sold for $800 on eBay...

That book has lost it's steam (Along with the Rest of the New 52) . Back in Feb I sold one for $1350 (9.8 SS Capullo), glad I sold when I did.

needless to say, i have no clue, but would the advantage of the bigger fancier ones is that you can probably press 30 books in a row whereas the little guys may start to overheat if you don't give them a break?

I'm currently in the Market to buy a Heat Press to try my hand on some of my books, but like many before me, figuring out which one to buy is proving difficult! I have been looking at the Pro-3804X, but the Reviews on it are questionable at best, Hotronix has one that looks pretty good but is fairly pricey.This would be used for Hobby purposes so I don't think I need a big Expensive Machine, just one that works. If there is anyone with Experience on this that would be willing to share some info it would be greatly apprecieated.
