Can someone help me figure out what grade this is?

I don't know how to grade but I wanted to send this in to CGC. The biggest thing on the book if the mark on the back.

Do you get information about the commissions before the Con?

I have never done one before. But I plan on it.

Has anyone gone to a Con and got a personal sketch/inked by Charlie Adlard?

I only collect the walking dead comics and I want to put them in Standard Mylite2s bags and FullBacks boards.

Do you think this combination will be to tight for the comics?

If you do collect the walking dead and you use 725 and 700FB can you scan a photo or take a photo of it? I have been worrying so much about this because they are a lot of money and I don't want to buy the wrong ones.
