  1. Marvel 5 was for a long time considered one of the most rare Timely issues, it also features a Schomburg Torch cover more reminiscent of pulps. Most of the Larsons are structurally solid but downgrade slightly because of foxing...... but It's the history associated with Larsons that mean so much.
  2. Thanks....I love Larson pedigrees , especially Timely's . If I wasn't so focused on Timely's I think I would have collected only Larsons over the years.
  3. Some Subby's from my run.. Wonder if the movie character will have the winged feet?
  4. original art from Cap #6.. thought I'd share.. wishing everyone a Happy New Year.. hoping its a better one..
  5. Maybe so...although us old timers used to think the USA 11 was THE most scarce... IMO the USA 14 is the hardest of USA's, the promise copy was exceptional,( lucky buyer) .. Also USA 5 in grade is impossible. Heres my #14 #8 and #5..
  6. I'll post it once in hand..Thanks for your comments. Its not hard to observe which issues are toughest when you have been collecting Timely's for over 35 years. The black holes appear on their own... LOL
  7. Thanks...Funny... I bought the Promise Torch 32 and the 28... skipped on the MM's ... I would agree the 32 is extremely scarce, the USA 11 was once thought to be the rarest of Timelys but not so much as it was once thought. Still I think Cap 74 has not yielded on the census. I Would agree that some of those late Subby's are impossible also.
  8. Considered one of the toughest Timelys . Although I would consider Cap 74 the hardest of the super hero Timelys in any grade. Thoughts?
