I plan on doing my next sale (Probably Modern Age) after Solar Boy does his super, awesome sale at the end of the month.

It will start the 27th of this month and go for 3 days total I think. Unless I decide to add more comics from my collection.

AMF 21 Church copy.  This was my first Centaur, purchased from Mr Bedrock because I'm a huge fan of Basil Wolverton.  Census:  3 in total, highest is 6.5.  Even among Centaurs, this is a very difficult book to find in any sort of decent condition.  This is NM+ copy with white pages that looks fresh off the newsstand from 1940.  $10,000.
I've included a scan from the 9 page Wolverton story because it is spectacular work by Basil that looks even better when the pages are still snow white.

It was me.....I really wanted it but the trip wasn't just for the book. My gf lives in Michigan and I came To see her. We collect together now and that book is one I wanted badly. I'm not sure what markup they told you but the price I paid was very fair. I make trips like that all the time. 

yes i can haha.  No worries there.  Besides this one had a high taste in expensive heels.  I rather a less needy one

My GF just broke up with me when she saw me pay $12,500 for what she called some paper......i was like honey don't let the door hit you on the way out....I like buying expensive paper.
