Generally not. It has been allowed before (as with John Cassaday a few years ago), but at the comics signing area is generally for free autographs. We don't get involved with what a guest does at their tables, aside from monitor lines/crowd control.

When comic guests are signing in the signing area, do they charge as well for their autographs or is it only when they are at their table?

Will Marvel or DC have a booth at Fan Expo?

Just for curiosity, which established artists do commissions with this method? I was not aware some commissions were done with digital prelim.

Will Jim Lee be sketching at his panel?
