No crease at all

I have a copy of Amazing Adventures #11 that was manufactured without the top staple. I plan on submitting this to CGC shortly. Will this get a Universal Grade or a Qualified Grade? Thanks in advance.

I seem to recall this book was also a CGC 7.5 the first time it got slabbed long ago...

...sold for $1800 as a CGC 8.0 last month...White pages..."turned around" again in 2 weeks (listed in auction), now entered as a CGC 9.0 with Off-White / White pages...clearly the same pedigree book with the grease pencil mark...

Can someone walk me through the progression of the Ohio Pedigree for ASM #11...
