  1. hi, sorry to take off with a question, i'm getting a sketch cover from an local artist and there is no comic for the series i want, a couple questions..

i heard i can get it cgc if he send the form with the comic to get it ss cgc'd after getting it signed,

and the last question can he put writing on the cover say a logo to go with the sketch or won't cgc accept this? i know the book from cgc will still display the blank and not the logo he could write/draw, is that allowed and i can you mask any writing on the blank or not?

There are a few titles with minimal logo that can be covered by artists. I like Divinity blanks just for that purpose.

Most celebrities I have found will sign blanks but I have run into a few that will not unless art is present. I will assume for the same reason as Stan Lee will no longer sign blanks.

so if there was a sketch there should be no problem you think? what blanks do you use buddy apart from divinity?

For Frank and Natali, you can contact them directly via their Facebook pages. They will then send the covers to their own facilitator for you to be graded.

when you say own facilitator what do you mean exactly? i'm in uk and looking at getting one done but havent got a cgc account

    any idea on prices

  5. sorry i know it was a bit vague, basically i'm new to collecting and looking at older books like silver and bronze age, i'm thinking of buying some to get cgc graded but i keep hearing things to look for on comics but no one post examples of bad things etc..

like colour breaks, non colour breaks, foxing, miswraps etc..  basically if anyone had photo's of good things to look for in a comic and the same for bad points to look out for

i'm sure you get what i mean, its just when i get the comics i would like to know what to look for if that make sense?
