Does anyone know who is selling this?

The character's name is Requiem and her identity is not known yet.

To this day, Hank has not sent me an email nor, of course, a return label. At this point, i very much doubt that he will. Thus, unlike you, I unfortunately am experiencing quite a bit of a hassle attempting to have BC replace the two damaged copies that it sent me.

The lesson that I have learned, once again, from this is that my aversion to purchasing other than "standard" variant covers for a discount off of the cover price has served me well. I broke that practice with the BC DNM covers and, well ...

Of course, I did not purchase BP's variant cover of Action Comics 1000 or copies of DNM 6 Convention Edition based on my experience with DNM 5; and, unless this matter is resolved; hope springs eternal; I will not make any further purchases from BP (clearly, BP does not need me in the slightest to purchase from it as it has more than enough customers).

Now, as I noted in my original post, the probability is that other folks had received from BP 9.8 copies of DNM (Edit #2) virgin covers 5, you and another poster confirmed that likelihood.

 

 

 

 

At least you got your books and didn't have to deal with Comic Xposure.  I am crossing my fingers that I will get ASM 798 from them without having to go through what I did to get 797.

So unknown admitted to buying multiple copies during the pre-order and now sold them on their website for $200 each.

I ordered mine from Mutant Beaver Comics and they told me the whole order was split with all the shops who sold them. I am not sure how many shops were selling these. I know 7ate9 and Comic Mint were selling, apparently these guys too. 

Unknown Comics was not part of the original companies who partner with sad lemon and had them for pre-order. I would not be surprised if they contacted them later and said can I have x to sell to my customers as well.

How many of the "600 available worldwide" do you suppose this is?

I started to post some negative comments on their Facebook posts which got deleted and I think it got someone's attention.

So comicxposure finally messaged me back and so far have at least created a shipping label with a tracking number.

I suggest contacting them if you don't have a shipping notice yet.

I called two numbers on their support page and left a message on each one and have not heard a response back yet.  This is a screenshot of a Facebook chat I had with them.  I'm starting to feel like I just lost my money.

Comicxposure still has not mailed my ASM 797.  They won't respond to email so I guess I will try my luck at calling them.

It's lazy because it's just the original sketch of the cover.

Don't know if I like this one.  It seems kind of morbid. Also, while Spider-Man is still, it seems Gwen is in mid neck break falling...kinda throws me off.

I think JSC peaked talent wise when he was doing Spider-Man covers. This set is a pass for me, I kinda like cover C but I don't want to pay out the nose for it. I think I'll spend the money on a Mattina or Dell'Otto.
