It definitely does. It was a Raffle Prize that was awarded to those who were drawn in a Raffle that sent in the survery cards found in a few comics such at the Direct Edition of Superman #1 . There are two versions of this book. One for the winning customer and the store the Customer mentioned on the survey card. I actually worked on getting CGC to acknowledge both as there is a physical difference in which version of MOS #1 was bound into the book. Here you can see the whole thing laid out in my journal.

Definitely can say that was not it.. Although could be a great addition to the Vitamin Pencils.
