So it appears we have only seen the beginning of what CGC and Black Flag plan with these BS overlay copies.

Its not like their logo or any copywritten images are on the acetate Would just have to fork out a few hundred to grab a copy you could disassemble to get good scans off of so you could replicate them.

No originally the OP was upset due to his book(not the UF4 ) getting an upcharge for getting a 9.8 which at the time he didn't say what his book was and I was making a point using the UF4 as an example of it depending on the book as to the value in 9.8 being significantly more and warranting an upcharge.

I didn't use the shop this one, but anyway now we have moved on. Now we are looking at cracking this outdated garbage out of its plastic tomb and updating it by adding a brand new limited edition acetate overlay and stapling it to that bad boy. "In cash we trust!"

And to think there are some sketch artists that wanted to sketch/paint blank covers and attach them over other books as not to destroy the book they are working on. CGC gave those a Green/Yellow with notes of staples added and married outer cover. But they are ok with you cutting or burning the original cover and those get Yellow Label. ZERO CONSISTENCY OR ACCOUNTABILITY.

I doubt that is the Signature, but could have been whoever owned the book. I was merely following the lead that was posted. Then explaining the joke. All of the other signatures and names look correct. That one just doesn't seem to fit with any I recognize either and I even went as far to look up voice actors on the animated series this was made after. No luck. Maybe some other board sleuth with figure it out.
