    Yep. Knew an old construction workers that lived in his truck. ( big alcoholic ) usually the cheapest beer he could get. Would pay his bills, just enough food to survive, the rest went straight to the beer. He would always wear two to three layers of clothes. ( think Florida 100°+ summer days) It would literally make you physically ill to be downwind from him.
