    When I resubmitted books I ALWAYS crack them myself. (Only exception being Signature Series for obvious reasons) I would rather damage my own books and then know how they got damaged and whether or not they are still good slabbing candidates. This also gives me a chance to better assess the book myself for the possibly of unseen defects. Plus I get to read / go through them. Just my

    Although at this point I believe they have all been watching it with an office pool running to see whos job ends up posting here next. Who had Johnnys sweater fluff in sonic weld? I only jest since they obviously are only interested in adding generic "we are working on it statements" and not hard deadlines/fixes that have been put in place to fix the isses. The cash cow keeps producing milk, they don't care if it is spoiled, as long as the customers keep buying it.
