    He doesn't want to give it away and cause others to bid against him. I will say that they do not come up often. I too have considered bidding on it as I wouldn't mind adding it to mine either. Something obviously lost on you. Also the only thing useless here is trying to waste my energy explaining it to you, as it appears you have made up your mind.
