  1. I have comic book that was CGC graded and noticed there are spots inside the slab. They look like scuff marks, smear marks or residue in the plastic, not on the book itself. Is there any kind of courtesy reholder due to a quality control issue? Is there a way to tell what these spots are? None of my other CGC graded comics have these scuff marks inside the slab.

I simply by the ones at the LCS in packs of 100 for a few dollars by Ultra Pro, they fit all the different slabs I have fine, including CSG ones.

once you switch to superior fit sleeves you will never used the generic graded card sleeves again.

    (1) What sleeves are you using to cover your new slabs? Does CSG have their own?

    Thanks

Superiorfitsleeves just came out with CSG graded card sleeves I believe. word on the street is their PSA graded sleeves fit CSG slabs just fine too.

Also, don't like how you can't save your sub halfway through, or see what other subs you have entered. Once you print it, it is gone. Please mimic system PSA uses. No need to reinvent the wheel here. Obviously collectors like it, and are use to that style.

Yea I had to leave the page open to continue the sub. No way I was able to confirm if I could save it and continue later so I didn’t wanna chance it.

Anyone else have to enter the data into the field more than once? That total sucks.

Plenty of times. Sometimes it would keep not taking the info I was putting in and zero out the boxes and I had to keep entering it over and over. Would take me forever just to get one single card entered. The entire sub took me way longer than it should to enter the cards.

  5. Honestly, after spending years using PSA's order entry fields, I found that trying to enter a bulk sub on CSG's online order form was very time consuming and clunky to use. Instead of trying to have to fill out 15 different fields one by one and trying to guess on set/subset/attributes, could you guys make it similar to PSA where as you start typing, it starts pre-filling closest matched sets/cards and then you can select or manually fill in one single field? Took me forever to fill in the beginning 40 cards in my sub.

On a side note, judging from the way the cards enter, you can add sub grades at will, card by card if you wanted on even a bulk sub? so its not all subs or all no subs? you can mix/match per card if you wanted?

  6. aside from that card potentially being a reprint, I have noticed alot of EV returned cards in sub reveals on YouTube. seems like CSG may be either very strict (which can be good for detecting trimmed cards) or erroneously kicking back more cards than normal that aren't tampered with, but they are erring on the side of caution.

Do you think customers will be able to submit the cards in a one-touch magnetic case as opposed to a semi-rigid and penny sleeve? I hate jamming thicker cards into those sleeves.

try oversized top loaders. I usually bag them to make sure they dont slide out.
