Thinking about bidding on this, Angela 3 9.8 with barcode, but wondering if the new designation for newsstand at CGC would be worth resubmitting to get the new label?

Recently submitted several newsstand Spawn and Angela comics - submitted as newsstand where available and created own line submission where not.
Upon being checked in, they did not recognize all the editions as newsstand despite my line entry creation and the UPC being plainly visible on the cover.
How does CGC choose which books to recognize as newsstand editions vs ignoring such?

Guessing the answer is no for exclusively a cover? Ronan(Hawkeye) was shown in a variant cover for New Avengers 1, and an exclusive variant cover for issue 4...but not in the comic story until issue 11.
